A Palm Beach based real estate investment and development firm, vertically integrated across acquisitions, design, construction, sales and asset management.

AuditProof

An AI native company in healthcare. AuditProof reads a clinical session note inside the provider's own record system and flags what a quick read misses, before the note is submitted.

  • A second pair of eyes on every note, side by side with the note itself.
  • It catches the problems that lead to insurance takebacks, while there is still time to fix them.
  • A clinician reviews and approves everything. The software never writes the clinical judgment.
  • Built, shipped and sold by me, from the first line of code to the first paying customer.

Decide what is worth building

Most AI projects fail because someone automated the wrong thing. I start with how the work actually happens, then pick the one change that moves a real number.

Build it, not just plan it

I write code and ship software. That keeps the plan and the product from drifting apart, and it means a decision can be tested in days instead of quarters.

Put AI where it holds up

AI belongs on the repetitive, high volume work that can be checked. I keep people in charge of judgment and make every result traceable back to its source.

Lead the people doing it

Roadmaps, hiring, reviews and the weekly rhythm that keeps a team shipping. A decade of practice at Microsoft and Dropbox, now applied to smaller and faster teams.

Background

How I got here.

I am Venezuelan, I live in Miami, and I work in English and Spanish.

I spent a decade in product at Microsoft and Dropbox, which taught me the part that matters most. It is not writing code. It is seeing where work breaks and deciding what is worth building.

Then I went out on my own and built AI systems for owner operated businesses across South Florida. That work turned into a product company in healthcare, and into the role I hold today in real estate.
